Why should I use Laia?

Laia is for anyone who wants to create highly engaging events, from a simple online webinar or video course to multi-stage, LIVE corporate conferences, and exhibitions, as well as everything in between.

Is Laia complicated to use?

Laia is designed to be super easy to use, but extremely flexible and robust; no need to learn programming or hiring expensive IT resources. Registration, Branding and custom landing pages, agendas, networking, audience engagement with chat, Polls, Feedback, Q&A’s and more are part of the extensive Laia event suite. The all in one platform saves event planners time and money, since all of the core delivery elements are included.

How does the Free Trial package work and how many participants can join one event?

When you sign up for a Free trial package you will have access to a majority of the key features to create your first virtual, live or hybrid event for 30 days and up to 50 participants/event - the maximum number of registered participants who can log in to the event homepage. You can explore the site, try out the design tools, create a sample test event, and publish your event. No credit card is needed to sign up for the free trial offer.

What is the difference between product tiers?

Laia “Grand Hall” is a paid annual subscription while “Arena” is a per event offering. Both offer premium services and features for a fee. These features include increased participant counts, total events per year in the case of Grand Hall and premium event administration and audience engagement features such as ticketing with robust permission management or meeting planner capability, to name a few. It is easy for a customer to upgrade to a premium service. Check out our pricing page for all the details. Credit card or invoice payment for premium services is required. How long do you retain my data?

Participants can access your content from the archive on the Laia event platform for 40 days following the event. All of the data will be deleted after this time period. Contact us to set up a longer archive period if necessary.
